Orders are shipped from Sky Walker warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been placed. Please note that orders are automatically transferred to our warehouse for shipping so at no point are we able to interrupt this process.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Our standard processing time is around 1-2 business days, excluding holiday and peak season. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.
Why is my tracking ID showing up as invalid?
Once you receive your tracking ID, it can take up to 48 hours for the courier to update the tracking online. If you require more information on the status of your parcel, then we recommend calling the courier company and quoting your tracking ID.
How long will it take to receive my Sky Walker order?
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3-10 business days. A unique tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Enter your tracking number on the courier website to track it's progress. Sky Walkers is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
No, at this moment we do not ship outside of Australia.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We offer free pick up from our warehouse in Sydney. At the checkout simply select ther pick up option and we will let you know via email when your order is ready to be picked up within 24 business hours.
I’ve ordered a pre-order and in-stock item, when will it be shipped?
If you have placed a pre-order then your order will be shipped upon arrival of stock, please refer to the product page for more details on when stock is expected to arrive. If you have placed an order with an item that's on back order and an item that's in stock, then the entire order will be shipped together and will not be split shipped unless requested. Please note that split shipping does incur an extra fee.
What if I’ve been sent the wrong product?
If you have received a product which you haven’t ordered, please contact Sky Walker support team immediately via sales@skywalkers.com.au with your order number (proof of purchase), a photo of the outer box and a photo of the item you’ve received. Once we have verified that you’ve received the wrong product, our support team will organise your incorrect item to be returned. When your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will organise your correct item to be shipped as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or exchanged. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item that is not of our error.

Is the Sky Walker easy to ride?
The Sky Walker usually takes 5-10 minutes on average just to get comfortable with the sensation of being on a self balancing device. How much energy does it take to ride a Sky Walker?
Sky Walker is designed to provide an easy and almost effortless riding experience. That being said, if you get tired please be sure to step off and take a break.
Is it legal to use the Sky Walker on streets and/or sidewalks?
The Sky Walker has a very compact footprint, (a little wider than an average person's shoulders). It can be used very easily on sidewalks, streets and other public places however please check with your local authorities to ensure that it is not illegal to operate your Sky Walker in public. Sky Walkers are unable to advise where you are/are not legally able to ride your Sky Walker.
How does it handle wet weather?
Sky Walker is IP54 rated which means it can handle dust and small splashes of water. We strongly recommend not riding in inclement weather or near puddles.
How long does a fully charged Sky Walker last?
The battery has a range of 15-20 km depending on the speed you are travelling.
How does it handle bumps, cracks and curbs - is there any kind of suspension?
Although there is not a suspension system, these strong tires are no joke! The Sky Walker can handle bumps, cracks and other small changes of surface up to 1/2-1 inch very well. We recommend paying close attention to your surroundings & bending your knees, as your knees act as your suspension.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. Sky Walkers are safe for children with a weight balance of 25kg and over. We always recommend adult supervision for ages 16 and under.
Can I ride up hills?
The Sky Walker can climb up and down practically any hill. Climbing down hills is just as easy with the ability to stop and effortlessly control the speed of your decline.
Which is the front and back of the Sky Walker?
The Sky Walker can be ridden either way you choose! Ride the Sky Walker with the blue LED lights at the front to light up the path ahead of you or have the lights turned the other way to create an illuminating effect as you Sky Walk past people!
How do I control the Sky Walker?
The Sky Walker uses unique weight stabilizing technology and independently controlled wheels to allow you to effortlessly and swiftly maneuver around. The Sky Walker senses slight movements in your feet to guide itself without you barely moving a muscle, it’s almost as if you are thinking your way around. Simply lean your bodyweight forward to go forward and bring your bodyweight back to centre and the Sky Walker will come to a stop or go backwards. The Sky Walker pivots in the middle, which means if you press your weight down to one side it will rotate.

Electric Scooters can be purchased in every state in Australia but every state has different regulations and laws about them. We recommend checking the regulations in your state with your state road authority.

What is the range I can expect on my Electric Scooter Pro?
The max range we state in the product information is reached in ideal conditions by the manufacturer = 25 km. Please note that the range you can expect on your scooter can be affected by several variables, ie - rider weight, riders throttle control, inclines and mode selection. All of these variables and others can play a part in the range you will receive from the scooter.

Will working on my Electric Scooter Pro void the warranty?
General servicing like inflating and changing tyres and tubes, replacing grips, and adjusting brake calipers etc. can be performed by the owner without voiding the scooter's warranty. In any case where the scooter's internals need to be opened up, or any wiring exposed, this kind of servicing must be performed by one of our Skywalkers certified technicians. If you're unsure if the servicing you wish to do on your scooter will void the warranty or not, please call our support line at 1300 887 152 or contact us here.
Is it waterproof? Can you ride it on rainy days?
Although it’s water resistant to a certain degree, the Electric Scooter Pro has a certification according to IP54. However, we recommend not driving it on rainy days, bad weather, snow or in general on wet surfaces due to the nature of the vehicle. Please follow the safety instructions in the manual.
Where can I download the latest version of the APP?
You can scan the barcode on the manual to download the app. Otherwise head over to the app store and search for the app by searching ‘’SKYWALKER Scooter’’. Android mobile phone users can search and download the ‘’SKYWALKER Scooter’’ on Google play.
Can I manually ride it?
It is possible to use your Electric Scooter Pro manually, but it’s usually inefficient and difficult. Our electric scooters were not built for that purpose. The main problem is that the deck is too high off the ground, and the rider is unable to kick with sufficient force.
How often should I charge my Electric Scooter Pro?
We highly recommend plugging in your charger when your battery is at 30%. You can check the battery % via your app. If you use your scooter daily, charge it every day.
What is the best way to store my Electric Scooter Pro?
Here are a few tips that we recommend to follow when storing your scooter to ensure optimal performance:
  • Store it in a dry, dark room, at room temperature
  • Charge the battery at least to 60% and recharge your battery at least once a month, never let it fully discharge.
  • Make sure your scooter is clean before you store it.
  • When taking it out, make sure the battery is charged, the tires are inflated, and all the electronics and the brakes work properly.

How do I fix a flat tyre?

If you get a flat tire on your scooter, stop riding immediately. Riding with a flat tire will irreversibly damage your rims. You can use a bike pump or electric pump to inflate your tires. We recommend tire pressure should be between 45 and 50 PSI.

Here are more precise tire pressures we suggest depending on the rider’s weight:

  • 50-70 kg: 35-40 PSI for the front wheel, 40-50 PSI for the rear wheel
  • 70-90 kg: 40-45 PSI for the front wheel, 45-55 PSI for the rear wheel
  • 90-100 kg: 45-50 PSI for the front wheel, 50-60 PSI for the rear wheel
  • More 100 kg: 50-55 PSI for the front wheel, 60-65 PSI for the rear wheel, and driving more carefully as the risk of flats is increased
How do I fold the Electric Scooter Pro?
To fold your Skywalker scooter, twist the collar and pull down the lever. Position the handlebar so the Hook is over the clip on the rear mudguard and click it in place.
How do I turn it ON?
It's pretty simple to switch on your scooter. Press and hold while the power button in the middle of the handlebar and you should hear a beep!
How do I charge the Electric Scooter Pro?
It's always a good idea to fully charge your scooter before you use it. The battery charge level is shown on the display. To charge your scooter, lift the rubber cap, connect the charger to the scooter. Once you're fully charged, remove the charging lead and re-attach the rubber cap.
How do I turn ON ECO mode?
Press the power button once to enable ECO mode. Press once again will change the mode. You should see the lowest battery indicator light turning green. ECO mode limits the scooter's speed and will make the scooter go further on a single charge.
Why isn’t my phone connecting with the app?
If you’re an IOS user then please turn off the scooter on connect by pressing the power button for 15 seconds. If that doesn’t work then please go to system settings and and click ‘reset’. After clicking reset, turn off the scooter and wait 10-15 seconds. Open the app and connect the scooter to restart it. You can also try to uninstall the app.
How do I increase the range of the Electric Scooter Pro?
Use the power-saving mode, turn off any unnecessary electronics, such as lights during the daytime which you don’t require. Make sure to keep your scooter clean :)
