Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs 

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order. Shipping fees are calculated by weight of total items and the delivery location. These charges are directly from the courier themselves and we don't have any control over the amount charged. 

Processing Times 

We do our best to get your order processed and shipped out to you ASAP! Orders placed before 6am (AEDT) Monday to Friday, are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days. This is applicable to in-stock items only and excludes pre-orders. Please keep in mind that during holidays and peak season that processing times can be from 2-4 business days.

Delivery Information

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items at the time you place your order. We do not ship to PO boxes so please ensure you place a physical address for the shipping of your order. Any shipping address that does not exist on Google Maps will be delayed for dispatch. A signature is required for delivery and we are not able to to request authority to leave without a signature on your behalf.

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays and peak season, this time may vary. 

Pre-Orders Shipping and Delivery 

If you have placed a pre-order then your order will be shipped upon arrival of stock, please refer to the product page for more details on when stock is expected to arrive.

If you have placed an order with an item that's on back order and an item that's in stock, then the entire order will be shipped together and will not be split shipped unless requested. Please note that split shipping does incur an extra fee.

Shipping Notification

We'll send a shipment notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. This email includes your unique tracking number which you can enter on the courier website to track it’s progress.

Please note that Sky Walkers cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors. Any order that is Returned To Sender due to incorrect shipping address provided- will be charged shipping costs again to have the order resent.  

Please note that during the busy holiday periods, there are possible delays in shipping orders.

International Shipping

At this point in time we are unable to ship Sky Walker boards outside of Australia. This is something we are working on and will update all our customers as soon as this changes. However we are able to ship accessories.
